Your satisfaction is important to us. If any item does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of purchase in an unused, resalable condition together with the original sales receipt and receive a replacement or refund. Unfortunately for reasons of health and safety, earpieces, Stab Vests and skeletal upgrades can not be returned unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights. BEFORE goods are sent to obtain a returns number.
This number will need to be written on the sales receipt enclosed with the returned goods. Please note that items returned that do not meet the criteria for refunds and exchanges will be actioned at our discretion and will be subject to a 10% handling charge. We strongly advise that returned packages valued over £50.00 should be insured, with the sender's name and address clearly marked. Consider sending items of lesser value by Recorded Delivery.
